On behalf of my daddy, lol.

He has credit card with Lloydsicon and recently lost his job due to redundancyicon, cannot claim on the PPIicon so I am going to do a reclaim for him.
He is being persued for 3.910 from SCM solicitors, bill shows min payment due 429.00. He has been paying the affordable amount of 10 pounds a month.

I am writing a letter to them to accept this as temp arrangement, question do I send letter to SCM or Lloyds and if anyone any advise on letter appreciated.

this is a quick attempt at a letter just need to know were to send it please ?

I am sorry I am unable to pay the original monthly payments due to my change of circumstances being forced into unemployment in this current climate and not meeting the criteria for your PPIicon on this policy.
I informed you of this on 01/07/2009, and after seeking advice from my solicotors, I have discovered that I have disposable income of 10 pounds a month. Since I have £3,910.52 total debt, your share of this pro-rata offer is £10 monthly.

I have made the first payment on the 08/12/2009 and a further payment on the 08/01/2010 and will continue o do so on the 8th of the month.

Also, could you please consider using your discretion to freeze any interesticon or charges that might accumulate, which I am aware is the standard practice for socially responsible companies such as yourself.
As soon as my circumstances change I will contact you to make further arrangements but untill this time please accept my offer to ensure the balance is continually coming down at the offered reasonable rate.
