    Decided to take the step into credit card charges!

    Make it out to Barclaysicon Bank PLC.

    You'll get your charges back in full. You just have to decide if you are willing to take BC to court to get compound interesticon on top.

    Update!

    I have my statements from barclaycard up and until they sold the debt on.

    Can I still reclaim these charges and whats the best way around this? do i proceed with the lbaicon as normal?

    Follow the Reclaiming Guide at Link No1 in my signatureicon and use the Credit Card reclaim letter from the Bank templates libraryicon.

    Send the Prelim claim letter off with your SOC.
