Hi Everyone
I would appreciate if you can refer me to a law or document that prohibits lenders from selling a debt on while it is in dispute. I had a dispute with MBNA but they sold the debt to DCA during the complaint.
Many thanks

Thanks Scott
I read through the doc and could not find any references to my problem. Do you know any other one? I need something presentable in Court.
