Has anyone complained to cahoot and had their interest rate reduced and a refund ?
NOT LIKELY !
But I've read if you compain to the fos and you have been struggling to pay when they jacked your rate that the FOS can force them to reduce your interest rate and refund you the difference.
You have to complain to cahoot first and then to the FOS.
