Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

I have been informed that pictures posted to the forum may require the poster to render their account private. Apparently some Photobucket accounts can easily be accessed via the forum or anywhere else that you post your pictures publicly.
It has been recommended that you select the privacy option for your Photobucket account and remove any material including bank details etc from your photo album completely or your financial security could be compromised
To activate your Photobucket account privacy setting:
Log in to your Photobucket account Home Page. Across the top just below your name will be:
Latest Activity All Albums Recent Uploads Tags Stats Account Settings
Click on Account Settings and scroll down to just below the Personal Information box to the Album Settings box. At the top of the Album Settings box is written 'My album is' and you can select Public Or Private.
Select private
Please note that this will not prevent others from viewing your pictures or documents, those which you need to protect should be deleted from Photobucket completely.
Yes.Regular and seasoned users of Photobucket will of course know all this. But for many this is great info.I will make this a stickie in this forum. Thanks Surfer.

Hello
Newbie here, but can I suggest that people try imgur.com instead of photobucket. You do not need an account to post an image at all, so there is no way others can "join the dots". This has become the default image sharer for some of the big social media comunities, reddit/digg etc.
