You might want to give them a bell to tell them that while you've received this lot there is no sign of the rest yet, and you just wanted to make sure the others are still in the pipeline. [Just in case they've made a boob - it won't hurt to remind them - and if they have them in hand at least it'll put your mind at rest.]

I think if I were in your shoes I'd also do the claims seperately, it gives you a bit of breathing space.
Yes, it's a pity the older charges are statute barred, but you never know what is going to happen in the future. Quite a few people are up for challenging this.
When the Liberals and Conservatives were in opposition they both agreed that banks should pay back high bank charges to customers. Nothing seems to of happened since they came into power as a coalition. PPI insurance has been sorted now they should turn their attention to bank charges and help customers get exorbitant charges refunded.
Should you be offered help that requires payment please report it to site team.

Re: countrybake v all & laic
ok i had a little bit of spare time and out of curiosity i did a spreadsheet to see the charges and redemption ammount and it all came to £2350 plus £400 interest so i have used a template made by zootscoot and have sent off the prelimary letter.
i might aswell do everything altogether lba to go on the 21/10/06 then if it goes to court add an extra 1K.
