    Default I HATE ABBEY whatever their name is now :)

    Already started previous thread but it goes on and as the case has turned more siniter I'll start more concise one

    Right account in dispute for reasons of misselling and crap customer services when needed help, but I get the impression that Ive been dealt with typically, so god help all the others.

    Any how received dodgy default notice whilst ongoing complaint with fosicon, they said it was sent as they closed complaint, didnt inform me for ages after and then whilst I rang them to say default ilegal and respond to complaint please(recorded)they as usual just ignored and then sent ilegal termination of loan account.

    Alright the have ilegally rescinded so can only go after arrears.

    But then get letter from moorcroft and as recording call for record decided to let them know what happened.

    To be fair they listened, were for once fair and said it would be passed back to the now Santander for response.

    Now I know what moorcroft are normally like Ive had to deal with them, but this time considering what I said she took me seriously, the fact the call was recording probably helped.

    Just think Santander are shi** they said they were not going to take me to court due to the circumstances and I have this on tape previously, I told moorcroft that if they in any way intimidate me, I will sue for harassment and distressicon caused.

    moorcroft asked me to communicate with them via the fos rather than santander and I asked do you own the account and was told no, so replied no, you have no right to have my information relating this account.

    One thing I have noticed is they will not like it if you refer to them as Abbeyicon now and insist you call them santander, but I said as I was missoldicon by abbey I will refer to them how I like and you can know who I refer to

    So we'll see what happens.

    Further to last comment just to add under the complaint with fosicon is three linked accounts, the one above and the two bank accounts that were running fine till the loan.

    Why then have Abbeyicon sent the loan to moorcroft and today i receive a letter from 1st crediticon telling me the o/d is with them.

    I tell them about the complaint and 1st credit admit they have been given the account for 19days to I presume see how far they get.

    Why the 19days are abbey trying to intimidate me by making threats for court.

    Considering they are aware I have mental health problems shouldnt they be helping me, oh I forgot the SARicon did say mrs xxxx has mental health problems,not out problem.

    I think that summs them up.

    Decided to ring Abbeyicon (taped) and ask why accounts passed to DCAicon when complaint ongoing with fosicon?

    Asked why when aware I am mentally ill and the way treat under the fos rules shold be adhered to, why they did not pass this info the the dca to protect me, when its alright to pass all other info?

    Told they are getting their internal dcas to withdraw the two accounts back and waiting for fos to investigate.

    Told of the record that comment about mrsxxx has told us of her mental condition, not our problem of SARicon, is not nice and I (me) would go as far as to say unprofessional.

    I will type updated letter to fos stating dcas chasing me etc and I dont think it a fair way to treat a vulnerable person.

    Why oh why cant the various deparatments of Abbeyicon talk to each other, why is it the customers pain to have to contact them to get them to contact the relevant dept. Today told no reference of complaint on file and shouted over me basically all my fault and she would on thursday check out with complaints if I was telling the truth that a complaint existed, untill then sending to external debt agency, I told her you have just recalled the other two linked accounts for same reason and she wouldnt listen. Its making it hard for me to keep my sanity.

    I can understand your frustration. I too dislike the way they handle/mis-handle the simplest of tasks.

    I used to be like you and did everything by telephone and now that I know otherwise, I say stop. Write everything down. Write letters and and keep copies safe. Have proof of posting where needed. Don't lose your head. And stop talking to them on the telephone when it can be avoided.

    I managed to get a great result and compensation by wrtiting to them. It took time but keep at it.

    I have just finished an epic letter to them which will be sent to various depts as they all seem incapable of talking to each other, should keep them busy for a while. Lets see if they try and say they didnt receive this one, thats their collections dept, lets see manager branch who wronged me, complaints at head office uhhhm I am sure I will find a few more depts. There we go again doing their job for them maybe I should ask for a job

    Told today by second tier of complaints that although told a few days ago that all the accounts were on hold due to fosicon complaint, they were in fact not so and that the fos had closed their compliant the they at their end and therefore the external and internal dcas had every right to continue to pester me as I put it.

    Rang the fos and guess what they have not closed it and awaiting further correspondence from me and letters sent from Abbeyicon.

    So whilst on the debt forum I have a thread about losing the plot over this and the effects its having on me. I am now geting angry.

    I have told them any more harassment and I will sue for harassment, I will ofcourse try not to get upset at the letters they will send and instead keep them as proof.

    The fact I have it on tape of complaints reassuring me they will put a stop to it and today by tear 2 told they infact have not, is disgusting.

    I feel rather than try and come to a compromise with them they should just dissapear of the face of the planet with diddly squat for their behaviour alone. But I will let the fos look at them first.

    I HATE ABBEY MORE
