Excessive charges!! £110 on Abbey graduate account.
This month Abbey said that they will be taking £110 in charges. £20 for going over my limit, £30 for a visa payment of £6.61, £30 for a £6 visa payment and £30 for paying a direct debit of £22 when there isn't enough money in the account. I phoned them because I cannot afford these charges and as a gesture of goodwill they have refunded £50 but that still means that I'm being charged £60 this month!! RUBBISH, it really is criminal!!! AGRHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
I know how your feeling, i had £145 worth of charges come out this month, i called them they wouldnt refund as a result i couldnt pay my Abbeymortgage this month
You know what to do now dont you?
