ive had a loan with the Abbey national for the past 4 years,in a recent letter they referred to PPI,although i never requestde it and it does not show up on any statements i have a feeling it was a seperate policy altogether.Up until last year i had a direct debit of £7.99 every month which appeared on my bank statements as something admin (cant remember the name ) ,when i enquired at my local bank they couldnt tell me what it was so i cancelled the dd. I had no letters from anyone asking why the dd had been shut down,could this have been a PPI ?,how can i find out ?

I would maybe think a full SAR to abbey would reveal any details about ppi.
a sort of fire-fighting role here. Hate HFC & their past compulsory PPI ethos

hi, recieved this letter from Abbey 13-1 10 (its took me until now to work out how to attach it)GRRRRRR.
Still waiting for CCA reply from them,this letter has obviously crossed it in the post.
Should i deal with this ASAP or wait for CCA request.

No mention of PPI on here.
Gonna go with the SAR letter next.
Should i ignore the default while this is pending, or will they carry on with that ?
Also if anyone notices anything wrong in this CCA please let me know.

they will carryon with the default.
you need to challenge it.
as for the pixs
they have a ll gone
so can't say on the cca for you.
