First read the FAQ's and the step by step and this will give you a good understanding on what you will be doing and spend a few days reading the thread in the forums and in your banks forum so you can see what others have done before.

You will find all the letters you need in the templates library under the FAQ's.

Take you time and when your ready start your own thread in your banks forum and please stick to this for all your questions and you will get all the help/advice/support you need.
