Default Just of phonewith 1st credit twits!

    Original debt: barclaycard £3,000
    Sold to 1st crediticon.

Sent CCA request to 1st credit yesterday (Monday)

phone callicon today to ask when i would be making next payment to them.

I said, i won't be making any more payments to i get a satisfactory response to my letter. She said she has seen no letter, must not be on system yet.

I informed her that until i receive a copy of original agreement and deed of assignment no payments will be made. She said, 'we don't have them, and we don't need them. If you are saying you are not going to pay,' i agreed to this.
She said ' is this your final answer' and again i agreed.
    Then she became snotty....

'You know you have a debt with barclaycard. Are you denying holding a barclaycard credit card. We don't need these pieces of paperwork. I am going to pass this on to our solicitors this evening. We will put a charging order on your house and sell it then get our money.'

With that i gave in. Got my mothers credit card and payed of the debt. Ah well at least its sorted now.

To be honest, its a terrible thing dealing with debt. Not so bad for me cause its been going on for about three years now. Sorta, like water of a ducks back.

For some people it must be terrible, some just cope different than others..

I don't think it's a good idea to answer their calls.
All communication should be in written form so you have proof if neccessary at court, don't you agree?
    Chin up, mate

If you paid the 3k, why did they call again..?

Abbey - 547.00 settled in full.
    Second claim: £204 WON.
Barclaycard - 142.88 incl interest due WON BY DEFAULT as they didn't even bother entering a defence. Barclaycard paid up £184.88.

    MBNA - Concluded £634.31
    Capital One Concluded £148
Kinda disappointed I've no more banks to go after now...
