Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Sent CCA request to Barclay Card 6th November 2009 and followed it up with a Account In Dispute letter on the 30th November all that has happened so far is constant phone calls from them and received a request for payment letter from them dated 31st December via 2nd class post.
On each occasion letters sent to them were sent recorded delivery and on both occasions were signed for at their end.

Still no CCA from Barclaycard and receiving at least 4 phone calls a day.
Also received 2 texts tonight threatening me with passing debt onto DCA even though they have not sent a default notice and all demands for payment sent second class post.

They are still adding charges after Dispute letter sent they are just ignoring my letters so as they can screw me further financially.
Every letter I have sent them has been sent recorded delivery and I have confirmation that they have been signed for. Is this typical tactics from Barclays especially with this request being for a card that they have substituted with a new card which T&C's have no resemblance to the previous cards (Skycard).
