    Default Lloyds Data Controler?

    Contated Lloydsicon today regarding the address of their data controler and was informed after repeatedly being put on hold that Lloyds do not have one?

    I am basicly at a loss as to why Lloyds are entering information regarding my current account on to my credit file when I have no credit facilities with them? I have never knowingly given them permission to process my data and want it stopped. I am happy with details being shown that I have an account with Lloyds but not my current account balance!

    I would be interested to see what the Information Commissioners Office has to say on that point, might be worth firing of a letter to them - as Lloydsicon should have one, maybe under a different title but they will have one.
