Default No agreed overdraft but defaulted?

Hey guys, I just found a letter from Abbeyicon dated 2008, To cut it short - I closed the account few months later they charged me £349 ~. Then they defaulted me.

Im not too botherd now as my complaint is in the hands of the Ombudsmanicon, I was just looking at the letter though & it says, All your banking facilities are about to be removed including you agreed overdrafticon.

I have never had an Agreed overdraft limit. I was just wondering, can they default me on something i have never even had? i just thought its a little wrong
