Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
If this march is allowed to go ahead it will only confirm how weak this country has become as an individual state and the spineless attitude shown by this government.
The town of Wootton Bassett silently shows it respect for the UK's fallen Heroes. It is not appropriate for the group Islam4UK to march in Wootton Bassett as it would be nothing more than a publicity stunt which would be disrespectful to the UK’s fallen Heroes, their families and the current serving troops

With respect , although this petition is an appropriate way for people to show their disgust at this publicity stunt , we are damned if we do and damned if we don't . The leader of this group , although deluded is no fool , he wants a reaction to create division , we should not give him the pleasure. I do not believe he wants to march , the publicity and reaction are enough and if we ban him he wins ;Voltaire said and I believe he has been widely quoted by such as Churchill " I disapprove of what you say but I will defend to the death your right to say it "
Its true , these people are doing this to divide us , they will jump at anything that can assist they`re radical beliefs . A muslim man jumped on a bus in Glasgow bound for Aberdeen last week , he boarded the bus wearing a turban and had a long beard he was carrying a rucksack on his back and had two mobile phones which were all to visible , the other passengers were uncomfortable . Ultimately the bus was driven to the nearest police station in line with bus company policy and the man was searched and then questioned , after a few hours he was allowed back on the bus and the journey was completed . In the press the following day muslim commentators were quick to savage the actions of the people on the bus , the bus driver and the police for they`re actions and that...." it was ridiculous (in this day and age ) that a person can be so humiliated because of his colour "................if you lit a match .....would you touch it ?
Too true what you say but you would not see his happening in states such as France Germany and America.
Just a sign how weak this country has become. It needs to change!
In America they have an extreme christian group that attends the funerals of dead servicemen with signs saying "Soldiers are FAGS" etc etc - all very nasty.
I think there is nothing wrong with the idea of remembering the civilians that have been killed (and lets face it, there are lots of them) but i do agree that this march is intended to cause outrage..... which it is doing because everyone keeps going on about it!
Its not about remembering civilians though really is it. Its a fact civillians do get killed in war as they did in World War 2 and most other major wars so what makes Iraq or Afghanistan any different?
Fact is they are using this march as a preach hate against the west stunt ans are nothing but vile sick individuals who are a disgrace to their faith.
I agree, it is intended to create hatred and the planned march should not go ahead, not in Wootton Bassett anyway.
But i stick by my statement that there is nothing wrong with a service to remember the civillian lives - in any war, not just Iraq or afghanistan. However, since those two conflicts are ongoing, they are bound to be closes to (some) peoples hearts.
