    Default provident personal credit

    hello all, happy new year,

    mods, feel free to move this to the right place

    a few weeks back i took out a loan from provident personal credit.
    however after looking the agreement

    A, the postcode is not filled in
    B, the APR has not been put in my payment book
    C, the 1st payment taken 5 days after getting the loan.

    i am not trying to get out of paying as i can pay for the loan, but missing the postcode does that make the agreement unforesabul
