Thread: i have started court action and am now stuck!!!!!

i recieved a letter from my banks solicitors after filing for court action saying that the defendant is embarrassed by the lack of particularity pleaded in my claim and that my claim fails to disclose any reasonable grounds for starting a claim against the defendant.

when i registered my claim i didn't use a template and worded it myself, do i need to worry about my claim and some how amend it or will i be able to take aditional info to the court hearing with me.

is this just my bank trying to make me panic or should i do something to help my claim???

please help, i didn't expect it to be this complicated.

no one has got in touch with me yet, i have done a bit of reaserch and think that i have to fill in an N244 form, do you have any advice regarding this form?
