thanks for that link, as you say hopefully it will sticky. I think the process of getting the statments seems the biggest battle, as the process once you have worked out your charges is fairly straightforward. So thanks again for providing this info. I have a couple of qs which I have posted against the 'How to order' thread.
How many bank workers are registered on this site? Quite a few if I read some of the threads and yet little ol me the only one to spill some info on statement ordering. Come on BW's you know you want to, tell us how other banks do this. It is common knowledge and not a breach of your contract, so go on go on go on go on, do you want to spill some info, go on, go on go on go on go on!
I challenge any BWs from Abbey or Barclaycard to explain their process !!

And I mean a process which would not invite the responses usually forthcoming.

Are there any error messages that come up on screen when you do this ? Abbey will have us believe there are.
Please advise the customer of charges for his account statements.....they must be claiming from us it is not in our interests to send statements at this time......contact Data Protection section for full stalling procedures.
