Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Been reading up on what seems to be the demise of welcome finance lending.
I have an up to date HP agreement, been running for around 2 and half years. I have PPI on this, and to be honest didn't know much about what is was etc.. at the time. My question is, should I still be paying PPI now that welcome seem to be going down the pan? Would they actually even be able to cover me if anything waas to happen with regards to my payments? What is everyone else doing at the moment who have agreements with Welcome? Should I just keep paying as normal or question them on this?
