I also have had regular harrassment and telephone bullying from Mercers. Despite them being aware that I am in poor health. I have haned it over to my MP to deal with.
My feeling is that these organisations which profir from others misery should be forced by government to operate as NOT FOR PROFIT. All excess monies extracted by them should be donated to charitiy of to benefit our communities.
