    Default Lucyb V Barclaycard

    Hi all

Just typed my SARicon and about to post it. Luckily I've managed to escape the microfiche fob off as my account was opened 1/7/04. My account has been closed and is in their collections dept. Is it still OK to claim?

    Thanks
    Lucyb

    Talking Re: Lucyb V Barclaycard

Hi Lucyb, My letter before actionicon went in to Barclaycard yesterday 22nd Aug.
I am claiming £712 back. They now have 14 days to reply, then my court claim goes in.

Looks like they will be very busy dealing with all these claims.

Don't let the fatherless chillen get ya!
