Citi Cards: Hhmm seems like I have sued the wrong “entity”. Aaaaahhhhh . . .. oh well back to court I go, and they have settled in full!!!

I sent my pre-lim the day before you, ill be watching your thread with interest, lets see if we get the same replies!! Mine had to be estimated due to the microfiche rubbish.

Hi Lucyb, My letter before action went in to Barclaycard yesterday 22nd Aug.
I am claiming £712 back. They now have 14 days to reply, then my court claim goes in.
Looks like they will be very busy dealing with all these claims.
Just got my credit card bill and they have refunded £200 for late payment refund and £232 over credit limit refund!! I have not yet recieved a writen reply to my prelim letter. Just about to send letter before action for the now amended amount of £480. Fingers crossed!!
