Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Written to Barclays asking for information to be supplied under the DPA, then I sent a reminder when there was only 5 days to go. After 42 days I received my first set of statements the day after I received another sety identical to the first. I've been through them now and will send a letter off asking for the charges back.
Then 2 days later I received another set of statements. these are not for my account, but supply all the details of another Barclays customer, including home address etc. Thats great service. If the send me 2 copies of my statements, how many copies did they actually make and did they send them all to me or did anyone else get a copy of mine???? It's a bit worrying.
If you live in Essington and have asked Barclays for a copy of your statements, which havent yet arrived then post here with your first name and I'll get back to you.
