    Question Allocation questionnaire HELP!!

Hi, not posted in ages, just had baby girl!
    1st letter sent16th June
    2nd letter sent 30th June
    money claim issued

Now recived AQ, I think I have made mistake, I didnt send Lloydsicon a Breakdownicon of charges, and in there defence it states,
The particulars of claim do not comply with the Civil Procedureicon rules as (amongst other things) they do not show how the sum of £1500 is canculated and the particulars of claim are to vague. The statment of claim shows no reasonable grounds for bring the claim.

Should I send a breakdown of charges to Lloyds solicitors? I didnt include it when I sent letters asking for money back. Or is this just a game they are playing?
Should I tick the box yes to settle?
Can I use my father as witness, or evidence he claimed his money from HSBCicon. what do I put in the other information box? Help starting to panic!!! my baby is 3 weeks old and had put this to the back of my mind, should of been more clued up. Any help would be grately recived.

    Hi there,

I issued my money claim a week ago and was slightly confused then as to whether or not I should attach the charges; couldn't see anywhere on money claim to attach the spreadsheet and the word limit hardly gave sufficient space to state my claim, let alone include the figures other than a total?

    Someones help here please peeps!

    Matt

    Hi Loopyloo and Matt

First things first. Congrats to Loopyloo for a new baby loopyloo.
Secondly, it does seem to be one of Lloydsicon' solicitors' standard paragraphs - they said the same thing in my claim as part of their defence. Wall....head....
It seems irrelevant whether you gave Lloyds the Breakdownicon or not - they don't seem to send it to their solicitors. I just calmly sent two copies of the breakdown to the court - one for their records and one to be passed on to the solicitors.

As far as completing the allocation Q - look at the link Allocation Questionnaires - A guide to completion in the templates libraryicon. I used it as I went through the questionnaire and found it extremely useful and reassuring, even to the point of saying what to say in additional information box. Pay particular attention to the 'witness' bit, too.

Matt - as far as the moneyclaim on-line is concerned, there is as you say, no opportunity to include additional evidence/breakdown and I think that is why the bank's solicitors come up with the above para which Loopyloo received. Admittedly, you do have to tweek the wording somewhat to get it all to fit in and it took me several go's to get it in. I'm told if you get the actual form itself, it allows you much more than you can do on the on-line form.

    Hope the above helps.
    R

Which Solicitors is it Loopyloo? If it's MJ then it could well be worth e-mailing them before you send the allocation questionaire off, offering them the chance to settle early and save them the £100 fee. It can speed up the process and could help you get your money earlier. I know this has been done on other threads and has worked.
