Re: Got SAR from Barclaycard , what is PPI described as ??
I haven't got any of those on mine. Someone might come on later and recognise what it is.
Meant to say, they are supposed to send you a key. Typical Barclaycard, making life as difficult as possible. I think we're supposed to report them to Information Commissioner for not supplying full SAR.
Got my first SAR response ages ago (obviously not all of it, we are talking Barclaycard) but haven't done anything yet.

You are on the right track as regards to SAR information.
When they send the data they should provide a page showing the key which will enable you to assess they information provided within the SAR if the key is not provided then complain.
Keep at them until you get the information you have paid for

Barclays. Paid up today 24/04/10 cheque received for over £4,500 and in the bank.
LTSB still have to decide on this as their SAR production was abysmal. Papers data mixed up documents missing etc
Please do not PM me for advice as it may be sometime before I can respond.
Keep at them. Do not give way and do not accept all they tell you, they will delay and stall for as long as they can to prevent repaying you your mis-sold PPI.
