Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Those scandolous people have been hassling me big-time recently. Not satisfied with charging me £24 /mnth for Late payment but also charging me interest rates on standard balance AND cash balance. Whatever these are about I really dont know. I'd be interested in hearing from anyone with similar issues! Any help would be of use.

NEVER EVER - act on a private message asking you to visit another website, make contact 'off list' or by telephone
- alert the siteteam IMMEDIATELY by hitting the black warning triangle on any message - Particularly if this results in a request to pay a fee to help you.

They are charging me interest on 1 Cash balance £11.08 2 Standard Balance £37.14 3 Default sum balance ! 00.10pence.
On top of this £12.00 for late payment and £12.00 for over credit limit charge.
I told them yesterday I'd sort a payment out this week( of £382.00). Toay they've rang me 3 times demanding payment! ******s.
I'll check out the other thread , thanks.
Checked the PPI forum. Their doesnt seem to be any sign that I've been charged for 'insurance'. Since October I've not paid anything, for various reasons 1 Thought I'd set up a d/d 2 I've not checcked my statements.
Soon as i realised it was gtting out of hand (last week) I made an immediate payment of £200. Since then they've not stopped ringing me! funnily (!?) enough before that they NEVER
rang me once.
Today I have found a default notice from "Mercers" -debt collection agency demanding over £500. THis was sent last week. Since then I've had numerous phone calls from Barclaycard. Not only are they hounding me - they dont know what they're doing!

Thanks peeps, I'll do that. I have already done that, which they chose to ignore (2 months ago). But this time I'll send it recorded delivery. It's quite horrible, they call at ALL hours. Sunday evening on the one time I did take the call, I found myself confirming my address, phone numbers etc. The following day my internet a/c was blocked and calls from 'Mercers' started.
Thanks again....this is not a nice time...all appreciated.

Thanks again for the advice. I believe B/card blocked my access to my internet a/c so i would b forced to phne them. Yes..I am getting paranoid...

That's certainly not a trick I've heard of BC using and, even if they wanted to, I don't see how they could affect your computer access to the WorldWideWonderWeb.
