The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights

I have just been charged £26.45p for going overdrawn by 78 pence. I spoke to RBS via the phone they said I have to go into the branch to sort it wouldnt even give me a complaint address after telling me I will be getting another charge as this charge has made me overdrawn again 2nd time in acc history first time was a total oversight (the 78p). When I go to the bank to request this charge be squashed what can I use to show I mean business with regards to getting this unethical charge removed. How is it fair to charge over £50 for 78p. Sorry if this isnt making sense I got a sick son on my hands and I am keeping an eye on the clock as he has a doctors appt.
