    Default Cahoot credits/loan

    2 things Cahoot keep losing the cash I pay into my account via the Post Office 6 times this has happened I have complained to the fosicon is there anytone else I can complain too.
    Also I want the agreement on my loan is it the same letter that is sent out for cca's on credit cards

    It is the same letter, section 77 relates to fixed-sum loan agreements, section 78 refers to running-account credit (credit cards) .

    Advice is based on my personal opinion, and what I have learnt from this forum.
