Question Cahoot fraudulent transactions - advice needed

    Hi,
I need some advice as to what to do. My inclination is that I'm 100% right but would appreciate your opinion.

I've got a cahoot account and over a period of 4 days there have been a number of fraudulent transactions. As I was abroad I only noticed nearly 5 months later and notified Cahoot. They claim that they have a 60day window in which they can dispute visa transactions and since it is passed can't do anything.
In addition, they don't give me any detail about those transactions although I have already asked 4 times. (Instead I just get the standard response that if I'm not happy I should go to the Financial Ombudsmanicon.)
I've read their T&C which clearly state that in case of fraudulent transactions I need to notify them no later than 13 months, can't delay it, can't give anyone my details etc. So, I've clearly acted in line with their own T&C but they do not even answer the question when I ask them why it is not 13 months. Anyone had a similar case and knows how to best handle this? I thought it's absolutely clear cut and they are 100% liable. Is that the case?
    THanks
