Thread: abbey checked my credit file for claim for hardship

they want evidence to see what i amp paying out i have moved bac to my old adress but not back at the adress i am paying a mortgageon mortgage arrears are £1200
just bben hit with 4 separate £35 pounds charges again
advice please

Don't know if it helps but I claimed hardship from Co-op & they did the same but at least they told me first

I suppose it is to verify that you are actually in trouble & thst you're not using it as a reason to circumvent the standard claims procedure.
