Thread: GE money final payment '[problem]'

Hi there, am trying to help my daughter. She had a 3 year loan for a car - £75 a month. Her last payment was taken this month £340 ! - apparantly it is to transfer the document into her name. At no point was she informed this amount would be taken from her, even though she phoned them last month. In her contract it says the admin fee is optional and that they need to notify her in writing. Any advice or a template to write to them would be much appreciated.
