Thread: GE Motor Finance Loan Charges

I want to reclaim the missed direct debit charges on my GE Motor loan (now Santander) but I'm not sure which template letter to use. I have already got the statement with the list of charges so I'm ready to go if someone can point me towards the correct letter to use.
