They are linked to Beneficial Finance, yes.... which I assume is the same thing. I've also noticed many people are now receiving correspondence from an address in Halifax.... but HFC are/were based in Birmingham for years.
It's been a while since I had anything to do with them.... hence the rustiness...

Yes you are correct, HFC bought over Beneficial Bank, this is who I had my original loan agreement with so take the contact details from my letters to enable you to speed up your refund process.
