I'm claiming back the PPI I was 'sold' on this loan off the web. They virtually gave these things away, and the PPI was in there but I didn't want it or need it. I've got the ball rolling. The loan was from 6 years ago. Any helpful comments or advice would be appreciated. Many thanks.

After ONE letter (my reminder has crossed in the post) they (Santander, was Cahoot) have upheld the complaint and offered to refund me in full. £550 PPI premiums, plus £250 interest = £800.00 on its way when I send in the agreement form. Very, very happy indeed!
