Angry May have made a mistake (rbos)

I got my statements but they have been shredded by my over zealous father who did not think it was a good idea to keep them. I have already sent the last letter requesting a refund from rbos and had the second reply from tommy mclean saying "we believe our charges are fair and transparent" and the next stage is court proceedings. what i want to know is because i haven't got the amount i'm due anywhere anymore (it was around the 1k mark) will i need to start again? or will i need to get the statements again? or can i just claim for an amount slightly lower and see how it goes? i don't want to ruin this as i'm really tight for cash and this woul get me out of such a whole.

If i go into my branch they won't give me a note of the charges only will they?

Did you not enter them on the spreadsheet to find out what you were owed ...if not then you will have to start again because you will have to send a list of charges with your claim to the bankand also to the court if it goes that far

In any event you will need the dates/amounts for the spreadsheet.
Does not look like any way round it.Only thing I can suggest is that you try and get copy statements again, but in the meantime make the bank aware that you will still be proceeding.

I dont think you need to say any more than this.
You could add that you now reserve the right to file without further notice given that they have not refunded your charges.
I would think this would pave the way for court as soon as you could prepare the new spreadsheet.
