Hello all, I sent my DPA letter to Halifax head office on Friday 17th March with a cheque for £10.00. On Sunday I discovered that I'd been cloned & some low-life so & so had the last £140 out of my overdrawn account on Saturday, with cheques pending. The lady in the branch on Monday morning said it could be 6 weeks before I get my money back. I hope to claim my charges back before then! (£695 in Jan2006 alone) but she couldn't guarantee me not being charged before I get paid. Cover your hands when you PIN. It is big & it is clever.
