    Default Hardship claim!

    I have claimed hardship last year.They payed me out £500 to pay debts off..I am now in dire straights due to ill health.Can i claim again?

    Yes even though the fsa waivericon no longer applies, under the BCOBSicon rules, the banks still have to look at your claim for financial hardship.
