Back on June 1st. I served a section 10 notice on Alliance & Leicester. This was sent by e-mail and recorded delivery. It was not acknowledged. I subsequently got a default judgement against them and a warrant of execution instructing bailiffs ,in respect of our current account . This may have upset them. In any event, I received a letter confirming that default would be applied to loan account, which I am also disputing. I had today received my credit file, and does indeed confirm not only defaults, but the suggestion that I am overdrawn! They have ignored my request to remove the defaults. What's the next best course of action?

In your user options you can configure your settings to be alerted to threads you have written/subscribed to........its handy as it will send you an e mail if there are replies.
Then you just hit the link to take you there !!
