Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Come on peeps dont roll over and die, let us gather up our girths, take all the advice that is offered and go back into battle. As far as I understand the stays will now be lifted so we can now persue our claims using the clause that we were using anyway. Once the templates have been rejigged by our leaders my letter is going in. We no this is not fair and we shall get our money back .I am sick of hearing smug people on the radio saying it is a fair judgement and they have been "careful" and never gone over their overdraft limit, well bully for them
i totally agree!! its a farce.....banks and mps all in it together, as corrupt as one another quite frankly....im sick to death of this country....im waiting for Abbey to call me back and let me know what their intention is now, i applied for hardship and has taken ages to get this far, so we shall see, im going to fight it regardless..dont know how yet but i will!!!
Agree completely. I got all mine back years ago but was about to put a claim in for my brother with Halifax. Like you say, I'll leave it a couple of days for the dust to settle then have a look for new letters.
the decision didn't surprise me - I suspected they'd find some way of protecting the banks - again!
