Hello! i am Mr akamba i have been shock to the decision made by Supreme Court today, i can understand that Banks have power and money that why OFT lose the case in Supreme Court. the world dot care to the poor people you can believe with me that most of people who has make claim to the Bank charges are poor like myself.
let me ask you question: what i have to do now my case was hold by county court icon

now the OFT have lose case.

Don't panic too much. We haven't given up fighting yet, and the Supreme Court seem to have suggested a way forward. You need to check what the court have said about the stay in your own case.
