Thread: Shop direct Accounts N1 Form Help needed

Can sombody please help me with what Particulars of Claim i should put on a form to claim back charges on the catalog account

OK first of all start a thread in here Retailers - High Street and On-line Stores Forums or here Mail order catalogues and have a read of some of the threads there.
I will have a look for the link to the POC's which are in the library somewhere. I used them recently with studio cards.
