Thread: 1st letter

hi all, i am new to this so please bear with me..i have sent and recieved a reply a reply to my first letter from a/l disputing my claim....what do i do next??

You really do need to understand the process and all the various stages before you start any sort of legal proceedings.

Saying ' i am new to this so please bear with me' is no excuse for not doing a bit of research for yourself.

well that really wasn't the sort of reply i expected... i have read the faq and done the research but i was expecting some guidance /support from other forum members.

If you have done the research, then you should clearly know the answer to such a basic question.

would that now be the lba??
