Thread: Correct address for the Alliance and Leic please:

I am submitting a PPI claim to the A & L and also a request for the original Loan Agreement questioning its validiity and 'execution' and I need the correct address so that its not floating around

Is it this one?:

Collections Dept

LE1 5ZJ

and how do I proceed when they respond

Would it be a SAR request and the threaten them with a small claims in court?

anyone any idea about the various correct address for Lloyds as well :

Lloyds Peronal Loans (CCA request and PPI Claim and charges)
LLoyds Credit Card (CCA request and charges)
LLoyds Current Account queries (reclaim of charges)

The address is correct, be interesting to see if they comply, they have made the collections and accounts department redundant to move the work to Abbey.
