a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I did try but they just said that's the way they work out interest. Maybe someone will come along and have had experience of this. Don't want to waste time with fos but it seems odd. Foe example on charges @ £280 they state the "associated interest" is £15.
