After approx 2 months of waiting for the compliance dept at Welcome. I have received confirmation/payment of a refund for just over £2000 in mis-sold insurance. As we already terminated the agreement and had no goods liability they have also written of the remaining insurances which were unpaid.
A good result here, and thanks to the forum and all those who post useful information on tackling these kind of things.
