Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Any input on reasons why this CCA isn't enforcable is greatly appreciated. For one I can see relevant fees aren't specified. Any other input would be most helpful.
Thanks in advance.
NGJ.
Hi,
The KEY terms are there and any other terms should have been sent in the full terms and conditions paperwork. If they haven't sent you the T's&C's from when the account was opened and any variations since then you need to remind them but at the moment I would say this agreement is enforceable.
Hold fire for more opinions though.
