Has anyone every heard a recording of a phone call to Egg?

I've been reading a few threads here where people say that have had a load of paperwork in response to their SAR icon

request, but "the tapes will follow".

So do recordings of phone calls icon

ever turn up?

My letter also said that the tapes were enclosed but nothing appeared. I've got an ongoing court case re an Egg icon

Loan and eventually got a transcript of one single conversation (that they thought would help their case) so still chasing the rest
