Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
just checked what they sent me and it is only 2 printed pages out of 4 pulled from a PC folder (it shows the folder path at top) and does not contain any Loan Terms etc. Can you point me towards the correct form to send them (a CCA ??) to get the full info needed. The loan was signed in 2005 so fingers crossed its not documented correctly.
The Prescribed terms all seem to be there there are no charges other thatn interest so there is not a chance that they may have misscalculated the total credit. THe only issue i can see is the lack of cancellation details could you tell us was tha agreement signed at home or in the traders premisses and was there any face to face contact with the creditor prior to the agreement being made.
Cheers peter
this was signed at home and no face to face contact has ever been made with the creditor.
