    Default TV Advertising

For the first time tonight, I have just seen the first TV advertisement advertising the fact that credit card holders may be able to have their credit balances written off. PPIicon claims have been advertised but I havent seen credit agreements. Cartel are advertising their Client Review. I am presuming that there must have been some significant progress in having our agreements written off. Has there been any recent cases of signifigance that has encouraged Cartel to go to the expense of TV advertising. Personally, I think this is excellent news for us and should have the Banks and Credit Card companies crapping themselves. What does anyone else think.

the balance is not written off, it just becomes unenforceable through the courts if the agreementis flawed. The debt will still exist.

There isnt a link as such. Cartel advertisement was on ITV just before "I'm a Celebrity, Get me out of here"
