    Default KelvinF Vs A&L / MBNA ?

    Hi all!!

I have an Alliance & Leicester CC, which I have had for a number of years.

Trouble is I am unsure who I need to contact regarding this!!

Do I write to A & L, or do I write to MBNAicon.

I have a feeling the account went from A & L to MBNA a couple of years ago!

    Also, what is the address?!

    Many thanks in advance! \0/ \0/ \0/ \0/ \0/ \0/

I had a letter from MBNAicon about my A+L A/C, it came from the Customer Assistance Dept, PO Box 30, Chester CH4 9FD. I think they do the adminicon now. No doubt someone will say if this is wrong!

Default A&L Credit Card - address to write to?

    Hi all.

I have had an A&L CC for about 6 yearsicon, but I'm pretty sure that when it started out, it was A&L, but it has since changed to MBNAicon.

Could someone supply address to write to pls, and also with it being a Credit card, do I write my card number on the letter?

    Thanks.

I have merged your threads as you had 2 on the same subject.

I understand that the A&L card is administered by MBNAicon, and there is a seperate forum for MBNA. Surely there is an address on your statements that you could use, although an answer was put on your original thread.
