I had a letter from MBNA about my A+L A/C, it came from the Customer Assistance Dept, PO Box 30, Chester CH4 9FD. I think they do the admin now. No doubt someone will say if this is wrong!

I understand that the A&L card is administered by MBNA, and there is a seperate forum for MBNA. Surely there is an address on your statements that you could use, although an answer was put on your original thread.
When the Liberals and Conservatives were in opposition they both agreed that banks should pay back high bank charges to customers. Nothing seems to of happened since they came into power as a coalition. PPI insurance has been sorted now they should turn their attention to bank charges and help customers get exorbitant charges refunded.
