Default Quick question about cca's and car of addresses

Hi, We're sorting out issuing CCA's on our cards but have had to move in with my mother in law (she is lovely!) as things are bad.

I haven't advised any of the credit companies of the change of address as while she does know our situation I don't want her getting any trouble from DCAicon's or bailiffsicon at the door.

My sister has very kindly offerred to let us use her address as a care of or direct correspondence address and is a tough cookie willing and able to handle any unwanted callers.

If we write CCA's using her address will this cause a problem?

    Thanks

    Hettie2

    IMHO it should not

Advice is based on my personal opinion, and what I have learnt from this forum.

I was thinking about this and what I would do is inform them that you are of "No Fixed Abode" and that your sisters address is a "Care Of" address only. Make sure you tell them that you are not living there or they will start the threats to that address.

You won't be lying when you say NFA as it isn't a permanent address.

If you are asked to deal with any matter via private message, PLEASE report it.
Everything I say is opinion only. If you are unsure on any advice given, you should see a qualified solicitor
